We adhere to the core principle of data minimization: we collect only what is strictly required to authenticate your access, deliver automated trading infrastructure, and process subscription payments securely.

• Google Authentication Credentials: When you log in with Google OAuth, we receive your email address, full name, and avatar URL provided by Google. We use this strictly to identify your account and pre-fill your checkout details.
• Payment & Billing Data: Card payments are handled directly by Airwallex. BlockRotate never stores or processes your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. Airwallex shares transaction confirmation IDs, plan tier, and payment status with us.
• Bot Configuration & Telemetry: Target Polymarket wallet addresses you choose to copy, trade size limits, slippage parameters, and execution latency logs. We do not hold private keys or wallet custody.
• Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, and operating system timestamps required for security monitoring, DDoS mitigation, and anti-fraud compliance.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and allocate low-latency bot worker instances in our AWS European clusters;
• To process recurring subscription payments and tax invoices via Airwallex;
• To detect and prevent fraudulent disputes, chargeback abuse, and unauthorized access;
• To deliver important service updates, maintenance alerts, and billing receipts.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share minimal data only with vetted infrastructure partners essential for operating BlockRotate:

• Airwallex: Payment processor (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant) handling credit card checkout, tokenization, 3DS authentication, and recurring subscription billing.
• NOWPayments.io: Cryptocurrency payment gateway for non-custodial crypto payments.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS Frankfurt & Ireland): Cloud compute clusters co-located near Polymarket order book matching engines.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have rights regarding your personal data:

• Access & Portability: Request a copy of your personal data held by BlockRotate.
• Correction & Deletion: Request correction or deletion of your account and personal information.
